Accessibility at Baldie Con
We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all members of our community.
Our Commitment
Baldie Con is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and ensures all attendees can participate fully in our events. We strive to create a space that is welcoming, respectful, and accessible to everyone in the hair-loss community and beyond.
Venue Accessibility
Baldie Con 2026 will take place at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta and Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta / Spaceman in Atlanta, Georgia. Both venues provide ADA-accessible facilities, including accessible entrances, elevators serving guest and event floors, and accessible restrooms throughout the venue.
Accommodation Requests
We want to ensure you have the best possible experience. If you require specific accommodations to participate, please let our team know at least 30 days prior to the event. We will make every reasonable effort to provide assistance and address individual needs.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at Baldie Con in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform tasks or work for a person with a disability.
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and may not be permitted inside the event venue.
We ask that all service animals remain under the control of their owner at all times while in the event venue.
