"This journey isn't just about losing hair. It's about finding yourself — and building a community that celebrates every step of that journey."

    The Visionary

In 2015, Felicia Flores took off her wig for the first time in nearly a decade. For years, she had hidden her diagnosis behind a collection of realistic hairpieces, afraid of the judgment and questions that came with being a woman with hair loss.

What she found in that moment of vulnerability was not pity, but liberation. She realized that the shame she felt wasn't her own — it was a projection of outdated beauty standards that she no longer wished to follow.

She created Baldie Con because she needed a space like this when she was first diagnosed: a sanctuary where she could be celebrated, not hidden.

As a visionary, advocate, and leader, Felicia has spent the last five years turning a personal mission into a global movement. Her work with Baldie Con Inc. (a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit) has provided resources, community, and empowerment to thousands of women and children navigating their own hair loss journeys.

Today, Felicia continues to lead the organization with a focus on education, advocacy, and creating high-impact experiences that redefine what it means to be beautiful.

    A Letter to the Community

"To my fellow Baldies: whether you are bald by choice or by circumstance, know that you belong here. This space was built for you. We are more than our hair — we are a sisterhood of strength, resilience, and unshakeable confidence."
