Baldie Con does not store full credit card information on its servers.

5. Event Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending any Baldie Con event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify event staff in advance or avoid areas where filming and photography are taking place.
6. Promotional Materials and AI-Generated Content
Baldie Con may use a combination of authentic event photography, video, and AI-generated imagery for branding, advertising, and promotional purposes.
These visuals are designed to represent the style, atmosphere, and spirit of Baldie Con events and may not depict actual attendees or locations.
No AI-generated content will be created using identifiable personal data, attendee likenesses, or private information without explicit written consent.
This practice helps ensure that our visual materials reflect the inclusivity, creativity, and empowerment that define Baldie Con.
7. Code of Conduct
Baldie Con promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behavior violates our community guidelines or disrupts the event experience, without refund.
