Why are there two venue locations?
The Westin Buckhead hosts all our main conference programming, while Hyatt Centric Buckhead’s stunning rooftop provides the perfect setting for our Thursday evening reception. Both are in Buckhead, minutes apart, with easy transportation between them.
How do I get between the two venues?
The venues are only 0.4 miles apart (a 9-minute walk) or a quick 2-minute drive.
When should I book my room?
Book as soon as possible! Our group rate is available for a limited time. Early booking ensures you get the best price and selection.
Is the conference venue in the same building as the hotel?
Yes! The Westin Buckhead is both your hotel AND the conference venue. You can literally roll out of bed and be at the conference in minutes.
Can I extend my stay for personal vacation?
Absolutely! The Baldie Con group rate is available from 9/24/2026 – 9/28/2026. That’s 1 day before and 1 day after the conference dates. Explore Atlanta on your own schedule!
Is there a parking fee at either venue?
Yes. There is a parking fee for both locations.
At The Westin Buckhead Atlanta:
Parking is available via the Lenox Overlook self-parking garage or valet service. All guests attending the conference are subject to parking fees; however, attendees receive a $15 discount on self-parking only. Valet parking is not included in this discount.
